Heather Hawley Fine Art
Hawley is a painter who works exclusively with oils in a realistic style. She is known for her careful attention to detail and accurate depiction of the subjects she paints. Her passion for nature is reflected in her art, and Hawley's favourite subjects for painting include wildlife and other animals as well as western landscapes. Living in Western Canada has enabled her to spend a significant amount of time in the mountains and enjoy the variety of wildlife found in the region, providing wonderful inspiration for her paintings.
Hawley lives on an acreage southeast of Edmonton, Alberta, with her husband, Paul, and their Bearded Collie, Toby.
Hawley is represented by galleries in Canada and the US, and her work is owned by collectors in Canada, the US, Australia and Europe.
"I am living my dream life - painting subject matter that I love and enjoying life in the country where moose, deer and other wildlife make regular appearances. I am very thankful to be able to do what I love, and my goal is to share some of the inspiration and beauty of nature with others through my artwork." - Hawley
"We appreciate fine art and our collection includes nationally and internationally recognized artists.
One of our favourite works is 'Tulips' by Heather Hawley, a commissioned painting that
constantly receives positive comments from those who have the opportunity to see it.
Heather's work seems to 'come off' the canvas, drawing one's eyes to examine and enjoy every part
of her art. Precise detail and imaginative mixing of colour makes her painting something
that continues to bring us enjoyment year after year."
